Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cleans and self-inspects guest rooms and public areas as assigned, in line with hotel standards; stocks linen closet.
• Provides genuine hospitality and recognition in the work area; promotes hotel services and products.
• Anticipates guest needs and takes ownership of concerns; acts decisively to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintains safety procedures and is trained in MSDS procedures and accident response.
• Keeps Maids Pantries tidy and stocked; ensures equipment is clean and functional.
