Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay in Manama is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our high-end Asian dining destination, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and driving financial performance.

You will lead the front-of-house team, collaborate with culinary and beverage teams, and recruit, train, and develop staff to maintain service excellence in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of management experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Financial awareness with labor cost control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Lead front-of-house team and develop staff.
