Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts Bahrain Bay is seeking a Restaurant Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences with attentive, personalized, and professional service.

You will present menus, explain dishes, take orders using the POS, and ensure guest satisfaction while upholding luxury standards.

A high school diploma and prior experience in luxury hospitality are preferred; fluency in English is essential, with additional languages an advantage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality qualification preferred.
• Experience in luxury hotel or fine dining is preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and escort them to tables.
• Present menus and explain items, daily specials, and promotions.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on food and beverage selections.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages according to Four Seasons standards and guest needs.
• Ensure all guest requests are handled promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned stations.
• Assist other sections during busy periods and during openings/closings.
• Promote Four Seasons standards of luxury hospitality and guest loyalty.
