• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and escort them to their tables when required.
• Present menus and explain daily specials and promotions.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on food and beverage selections.
• Take accurate orders using the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages to Four Seasons service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned stations.
• Monitor tables throughout the dining experience to anticipate guest needs.
• Process guest bills and payments accurately.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Follow grooming and appearance guidelines and promote Four Seasons luxury service.
