Job summary

Four Seasons Bahrain Bay is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a luxury hotel setting. You will welcome and register guests, manage reservations, and coordinate with Concierge to fulfill guest requests with professionalism and care.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to adapt to shifting shifts. Prior luxury hotel experience and proficiency with POS systems are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Previous Front Desk or Front Office experience preferred, especially in a luxury environment.
• Must have strong communication skills and ability to adapt to constant change within the Hotel.
• Previous customer experience and ability to work effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register hotel guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
• Quote room availability and handle reservations, changes, and cancellations when needed.
• Coordinate with Concierge and other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues.
• Operate the front desk system to process check-ins/outs, deposits, and billing accurately.
