Job summary

Four Seasons Bahrain Bay seeks a Director of Sales to lead the sales team, set strategy, and drive revenue across all hotel segments. You will coordinate with marketing and operations to maximize occupancy and rate integrity while fostering client relationships and market growth.

The role requires 8–10 years in luxury hospitality sales, 3–5 years at a director level, and proven ability to exceed targets. Proficiency with Salesforce, Opera, Delphi and Microsoft Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive hotel sales experience within luxury hospitality.
• 3–5 years in a Director of Sales role at a luxury hotel or resort.
• Experience with luxury hotel brands and international markets preferred.
• Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent leadership and people management capabilities.
• Advanced analytical and strategic planning skills.
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to exceed financial results and drive market share, customer satisfaction, employee loyalty, owner loyalty, and brand strength for the hotel.
• Develop and implement a sales strategy to effectively manage all the different sales channels and segmentation.
• Assist in the development of the annual marketing plan and ensure projects are executed across market areas.
• Proactively position and market the property to remain a market leader and strengthen brand image.
• Ensure sales and marketing information is timely and accurate for operations.
• Identify changing market conditions and adapt sales and marketing strategy accordingly.
• Know the business, the competition, the clients and customer trends.
• Represent customer needs to the hotel and identify new revenue opportunities.
