About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented Executive Assistant to provide high‑level administrative and coordination support. This role ensures effective management of schedules, communications, meetings, and business priorities, requiring excellent organizational abilities, strong communication skills, discretion, and the capacity to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast‑paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the Managing Director’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily priorities.
- Prepare meeting schedules, agendas, presentations, reports, and other required documents.
- Coordinate communication between the Managing Director and internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Maintain follow‑up on assigned tasks, action points, and ongoing activities to ensure timely completion.
- Assist in coordinating projects and business initiatives across different departments.
- Conduct research, collect relevant information, and prepare summaries as required.
- Handle confidential documents, correspondence, and business information with professionalism.
- Organize travel arrangements, meetings, and executive requirements.
- Maintain proper filing systems and ensure important information is easily accessible.
- Support the Managing Director with administrative coordination and business‑related activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum five (5) years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior Administrative Assistant, Executive Coordinator, or similar role.
- Experience supporting senior executives, Managing Directors, or business owners (preferred).
- Excellent command of English, written and verbal.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
