Responsibilities

• Prepare special meals or substitute items according to recipes and standards.
• Regulate ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters to ensure proper cooking temperatures.
• Maintain food logs and monitor quality and quantity of prepared items.
• Inform staff and Chef about menu specials and out-of-stock items.
• Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and motivating team members.
