Job summary

NTT DATA Europe & Latam is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our client in Luxembourg. The role includes first- and second-line support, on-site and remote assistance for VIP end-users, and maintaining knowledge databases.

You will contribute to incident management, software and hardware configuration, and coordination with IT teams. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of IT support experience, fluent French and English, and strong MS Office and Windows skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow is mandatory.
• Fluent in French & English is mandatory.
• Experience in IT support in person (face-to-face with users).
• Experience in desktops/laptops/smartphones and tablets support.
• Experience in videoconferencing support.
• Very good skills in MS Office applications.
• Very good skills with end user computers (Windows).
• Strong understanding of Mobile Device Management (MDM).
• ITIL V4 Foundation certification is a strong plus.
• Willingness to work 100% onsite.

Responsibilities

• First and second-line support: remote and on-site support.
• Being the Single Point of Contact for VIP end-users.
• Recording & tracking incidents and requests for information.
• Reconfiguration/installation of PC and mobile devices environment.
• Documenting operational support procedures.
• Drafting technical content for knowledge database.
• Testing and administration of applications.
• Liaising with system administration and database administration for execution of tasks.
