Job summary

Netcompany Belgium is seeking a VIP IT Support Specialist to handle first and second-line support, on-site assistance, and incident tracking. You will contribute to a robust PC environment, document procedures, and assist in application testing and administration.

The role requires 4+ years of VIP IT Support experience, fluency in English and French, strong IT skills, and ITIL V4 Foundation certification or commitment to obtain it within 3 months.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience in VIP IT Support.
• Fluent in both English and French both written and oral.
• Highly autonomous and broadly IT skilled with problem solving, analysis and technical skills.
• Very good skills in all of the MS Office applications and Windows 11.
• Very good skills with end user computers and Windows computers.
• Experience with support for desktops, laptops, smartphones, and tablets as well as video conferencing.
• Good understanding of the main mobile devices platforms and core mobile applications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to work in a high-demanding environment (formal dress code requested).
• ITIL V4 Foundation Certified (or where absent, the certification must be passed within 3 months after the start of the contract).
• Knowledge of AI tools and technologies is nice to have.
