Job summary

NTT DATA Europe & Latam in Brussels is seeking an IT Support professional for LV1/LV2 services dedicated to a European Institution. The role involves handling calls and emails as the first point of contact, resolving incidents, and maintaining accurate records.

You will provide on-site and remote support, assist with PC reconfiguration and installations, and collaborate with international teams. A minimum of 3 years’ experience and fluency in English and French are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Fluency in both English and French mandatory, both written and oral.
• ITIL V4 Foundation certification would be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Receiving calls and emails, first-line customer liaison.

• Maintain meticulous records of incident and problem information.
• Provide expert support remotely and on-site to deliver timely solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 year of relevant professional experience
• Fluency in both English+French mandatory both written and oral
• ITIL V4 Foundation certification would be an asset
• You have already IT skills (Windows, AD, MS Office)

Languages

• Excellent knowledge of English - Level C1 in Understanding, Speaking and Writing
• Excellent knowledge of French - Level B2 in Understanding, Speaking and Writing
