• Minimum of 4 years of VIP IT Support experience.
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
• Strong problem solving, analysis and technical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities in a high-demand environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyse incidents and liaise with customers on first and second line.
• Do on-site support and record incident information.
• Document procedures and contribute to knowledge base content.
• Participate in testing and administration of applications and systems.
