Job summary

Abbott Vascular is seeking a Territory Manager for the Vascular/Coronary team to drive sales across a defined region in Belgium, including Brussels, Limburg and Diegem. The role focuses on Core Coro and PCIO products, with a strong emphasis on building clinical relationships and tender management.

You will work with interventional cardiologists, nurses and procurement teams, delivering education, case support and training while monitoring market developments and ensuring compliant interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or clinical qualification or equivalent industry experience.
• 3+ years in healthcare sales, ideally cardiology.
• Strong selling and negotiation capabilities.
• Ability to implement a robust territory plan.
• Excellent communication with clinical stakeholders.
• Fluent in French, Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales targets across the cardiology portfolio.
• Develop new business opportunities and manage tenders.
• Build relationships with cath labs, cardiologists, nurses and procurement.
• Provide in-lab support during complex coronary procedures.
• Coordinate with Clinical Specialists for education and training.
• Monitor market developments and competitor activity.
• Maintain CRM updates, forecasts, and budget tracking.
