Abbott in Belgium is seeking a Territory Manager in Electrophysiology for Flanders to build clinical and commercial relationships, support regional EP strategy, and deliver account plans.

You will develop new accounts, travel up to 70%, and apply data-driven sales to grow market share while staying compliant with regulatory requirements.

English, Dutch and French are required; you will work with hospitals and medical groups across Belgium.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent with clinical/sales exposure in healthcare.
• Ability to analyze and evaluate technologically complex devices.
• Familiarity with medical device industry policies and procedures.
• Willingness to travel about 70% of the time.

Responsabilités

• Drive revenue and increase market share using data-driven sales; identify new opportunities and routes to market.
• Understand local healthcare market dynamics and competitor strategies affecting accounts.
• Establish and grow networks with hospitals, government agencies, medical groups, and sales colleagues.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Abbott EP portfolio and differentiators; address reimbursement considerations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of therapies, products, regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Analyze sales data, prepare reports/forecasts, and perform required administrative duties.
