Job summary

Tricardia is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to drive growth across Belgium. You will own the Belgian sales territory, build strong relationships with neurointerventionalists and hospital stakeholders, and promote the company’s neurovascular portfolio.

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling medical devices into Belgian hospitals.
• Experience within neurovascular, stroke, interventional radiology or a related field.
• Established network within Belgian neurointerventional centres.
• Strong relationships with physicians and clinical stakeholders.
• Experience supporting procedures in a clinical environment.
• Strong track record in territory development and new business.
• Experience with neuro-interventional technologies (thrombectomy, aspiration, stents) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the Belgian sales territory.
• Build relationships with neurointerventionalists, KOLs and hospital stakeholders.
• Identify and develop new hospital accounts and commercial opportunities.
• Drive adoption and utilisation of the company's neurovascular portfolio.
• Provide clinical support during procedures and cases.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and accurate forecasting.
• Support physician education, training and market development activities.
• Work closely with European and global commercial and clinical teams.
• Monitor market developments and competitor activity.
