Abbott Laboratories in Belgium is seeking an experienced Product Manager EMEA to drive portfolio growth, commercialization, and customer engagement across the EMEA region.

You will partner with Global, Regional, and cross-functional teams to shape marketing strategies, support product launches, and translate market insights into business results. This role offers exposure to diverse markets with a focus on collaboration and ROI in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Engineering or a related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of commercial, sales, and marketing experience, including at least 5 years in Product Management or Marketing.
• Experience managing products across multiple countries or regions.
• Experience in medical device, vascular, cardiovascular, or pharmaceutical industries is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute customer-centric marketing strategies and tactical plans for the EMEA region.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, competitive dynamics, and business performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead regional commercialization and product launch activities, including planning and post-launch monitoring.
• Act as the EMEA subject matter expert for assigned portfolios and guide internal stakeholders.
• Partner with Sales, Medical Affairs, Clinical, Regulatory, Finance, and Supply Chain teams on key initiatives.
• Engage with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders to identify unmet needs and opportunities.
• Drive omnichannel marketing initiatives and optimize campaigns using data and analytics.
• Support annual planning, develop sales forecasts, and manage marketing investments.
