Job summary

Abbott Belgium is seeking a Territory Manager to drive commercial development of LAAO and ICE solutions in Brussels and the southern region. You will manage accounts, build relationships with cardiology teams, and lead tenders and pricing decisions.

The role requires clinical and technical support during LAAO procedures, with strong English and a track record in medical devices. An international, collaborative environment and ongoing professional growth await.

Qualifications

• University degree in a scientific, biomedical, healthcare, engineering or technical discipline.
• Significant experience within the medical device industry.
• Proven experience supporting interventional cardiology procedures.
• Experience with LAAO or cardiac occluders is preferred.
• Experience in Cath Lab or Hybrid OR environments.
• English proficiency at professional level.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned accounts independently, achieving sales objectives while growing volumes.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans and identify growth opportunities.
• Build relationships with interventional cardiologists and imaging specialists.
• Lead commercial discussions, tenders, and pricing strategy.
• Drive adoption of LAAO and ICE solutions with education and support.
• Provide clinical support during LAAO procedures and case reviews.
• Maintain forecasts, CRM data, inventory, and ensure compliance.
