Job summary

Abbott Infectious Disease division seeks an Account Manager to cover Antwerp, Limburg, and parts of Flemish Brabant and Brussels. The role drives adoption of Abbott diagnostic solutions and builds long-term partnerships with healthcare stakeholders.

This field-based position requires regular travel, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver growth in rapid and molecular diagnostics and maximize patient impact.

Qualifications

• Life Sciences degree required.
• Proven healthcare sales experience.
• Knowledge of hospital environments and medical labs.
• Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to plan strategically and execute operationally.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive market development and build strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets.
• Lead growth of Abbott’s Rapid & Molecular Diagnostics portfolio across Antwerp, Limburg, and parts of Flemish Brabant and Brussels.
• Manage territory end-to-end, optimizing costs and margins.
• Engage healthcare stakeholders to deliver tailored diagnostic solutions.
• Maintain product and market knowledge; represent Abbott at events and congresses.
