Bruker is expanding its Molecular Diagnostics sales team in Belgium and Luxembourg. The Account Manager will build and nurture relationships with hospital laboratories and key opinion leaders, driving growth across the Benelux region with a focus on Wallonia and Luxembourg.

You will engage directly with customers, present and demonstrate Bruker’s portfolio, and coordinate clinical evaluations to expand the product lineup and market share.

Qualifications

• Master (preferred) or bachelor’s degree in molecular biology or microbiology or similar.
• Fluent in French, Flemish and English.
• Sales experience in a hospital environment.
• Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Building up customer relations with established and new customers.
• Grow sales of assigned accounts to meet or exceed sales budget.
• Follow up prospects and quotations.
• Execute presentations, demonstrations and workshops.
• Organizing, starting up and monitoring clinical evaluations and studies.
• Negotiate at the relevant DMU levels, develop strong relationships with key opinion leaders.
• Schedule visits and organize workload effectively and efficiently.
• Promote the product portfolio through seminars/exhibitions.
