Job summary

Abbott is seeking an Account Manager to drive Infectious Disease diagnostics across Antwerp, Limburg, and Flemish Brabant areas. This field-based role requires regular travel, building strong healthcare partnerships and expanding point-of-care testing.

You will manage customer portfolios end-to-end, identify market needs, and translate insights into growth opportunities while representing Abbott at events and congresses. Fluency in Dutch and English is required; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent.
• Experience in healthcare sales, diagnostics, or biotechnology.
• Strong understanding of hospital environments and medical laboratories.
• Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Drive market development and grow Abbott's diagnostic solutions in your territory.
• Lead adoption of Rapid & Molecular Diagnostics across Antwerp and surrounding areas.
• Manage territory and customer portfolio end-to-end for sustainable growth.
• Engage hospitals, laboratories, emergency services, and public/private sectors to tailor solutions.
