MEERAB GROUP is seeking a Technical Trainer to design, prepare, and deliver IT training courses, both online and in-person. You will create user manuals, FAQs, quick guides, workbooks, and tutorials while maintaining up-to-date documentation with version control.

You will provide first- and second-level user and training support, investigate issues, and escalate complex cases to development teams as needed. Experience with e-learning content and video editing is valued.

Qualifications

• Proven experience documenting manuals, FAQs and user guides.
• Strong IT user support experience.
• Extensive IT training delivery background.
• Developing and maintaining e-learning content.
• Experience editing training videos and screen recordings.
• Experience working in multicultural environments.
• Ability to test applications and content per stakeholder requests.
• Create training videos with graphics, audio, captions for accessibility.
• Design interactive e-learning modules and templates.

Responsabilités

• Design, prepare, and deliver online and face-to-face IT training courses, incl. practical exercises.
• Develop and maintain user manuals, FAQs, quick guides, workbooks, and tutorials.
• Produce accessible, web-based documentation with version control.
