Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Documentation & Training Officer to craft high-quality user documentation, training materials, and engaging e-learning content for Information Systems and ICT solutions. You will ensure users can effectively adopt digital solutions through clear guides and multimedia learning resources.

You will collaborate with SMEs and project teams, develop multimedia tutorials, and deliver content in English plus French or Dutch, in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Experience creating end-user documentation for information systems or ICT solutions.
• Proficiency with Confluence and SharePoint.
• Strong Microsoft 365 skills.
• Experience with authoring tools such as Adobe Technical Communication Suite and Markdown.
• Experience with e-learning tools and LMS platforms (Articulate 360).
• Proven ability to create clear, accessible training materials and tutorials.

Responsabilités

• Create user manuals, quick reference guides, FAQs, knowledge articles, and tutorials.
• Develop online help systems integrated with applications.
• Produce documentation suitable for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Design and deliver instructor-led and e-learning training programs.
• Create training materials, exercises, assessments, and learning resources.
• Develop e-learning modules using modern learning technologies.
• Translate requirements into practical learning content and guides.
• Support user adoption through effective training delivery.
