Phoenix Technologies is seeking a Technical Trainer to design, prepare, and deliver IT training courses, both online and face-to-face, while developing manuals, FAQs, quick guides, and other support materials.

You will create accessible documentation, provide first- and second-level user support, and contribute to knowledge bases, tutorials, and e-learning modules. Strong communication and ability to work across cultures are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience creating manuals, FAQs, and user guides.
• Excellent IT user support experience.
• Demonstrated IT training delivery experience.
• Minimum five years developing e-learning content.
• Experience editing voice, video, and online training recordings.
• Experience in multicultural environments is a plus.
• Ability to test applications and content as requested by stakeholders.
• Create training videos and screen recordings with captions for accessibility.
• Design and develop interactive e-learning modules.
• Establish and apply documentation standards and templates.

Responsabilités

• Design, prepare, and deliver online and face-to-face IT training courses with practical exercises.
• Develop and maintain manuals, FAQs, quick guides, workbooks, and tutorials.
• Produce accessible web-based documentation using version control practices.
• Provide first- and second-level user and training support and escalate complex issues.
