Accent in Mechelen seeks a Technical Trainer to transfer technical knowledge and support technicians. You will deliver trainings, prepare materials, and assist with complex faults, both on-site and remotely, while staying current with product updates and collaborating with manufacturers.

The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and fluency in Dutch, French, and English.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or extensive hands-on experience as a technician or technical expert.
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex material simply.
Solution‑oriented thinking, accuracy and stress resistance.
Customer- and service-oriented mindset with high empathy.
Good knowledge of Dutch, French and English, both oral and written.
Experience with engines (LPG and electric), diagnostics and repairs is a plus.

Responsabilités

Deliver technical training to technicians, service support and partners, both internal and external.
Build training machines and prepare training materials to ensure smooth sessions.
Support technicians with complex faults and diagnoses, by phone and on-site.
Keep technical information up-to-date and share updates and modifications.
Collaborate with manufacturers to stay current and learn about new products.
