Altia is seeking a Documentation & Training Officer to design and deliver user-focused training and high-quality documentation for a diverse international user community. You will create engaging learning materials, multimedia content, and provide IT support while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Remote/far-site work with occasional on-site presence in Brussels, Belgium, requires strong English or French at B2, and hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Adobe tools.

Qualifications

• On-site presence in Brussels up to 5 days per quarter may be required.
• English or French at B2 level.
• Experience developing e-learning modules and digital learning materials.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint).
• Experience with Adobe tools such as Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Captivate.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop and maintain user documentation, manuals, FAQs and training materials.
• Deliver engaging IT training sessions online and onsite for users with varying expertise.
• Create e-learning content and multimedia resources.
• Produce training videos, screen recordings, voice-overs, graphics and captions.
• Provide first and second-level IT user support for corporate applications.
• Manage and follow up support requests through ticketing systems.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure clear, up-to-date guidance.
