ITHR Group plc is looking for an experienced IT trainer, documentation specialist and user-support professional to join a near-site team in Belgium.

You will design, deliver and maintain instructor-led training, e-learning modules, and comprehensive user documentation; produce training videos; and provide 1st/2nd line support for critical digital platforms, in a multilingual, international environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience producing user documentation, manuals, user guides, and FAQs.
• 10+ years of experience providing IT user support.
• 10+ years of experience delivering IT training.
• Minimum 2 years in an international or multicultural environment.

Responsabilités

• Design, prepare, and deliver instructor-led training courses, workshops, e-learning modules, and digital learning resources.
• Develop, maintain, and update user documentation, manuals, FAQs, workbooks, quick reference guides, online help, and web-based knowledge articles.
• Create and edit training videos, screen recordings, and multimedia learning content.
• Provide 1st and 2nd line user support, escalating complex issues and writing detailed reproduction/troubleshooting reports
• Review and update learning materials to align with software releases and functional updates.
• Work alongside business stakeholders, project teams, users, and technical specialists
• Support testing activities and quality assurance initiatives.
• Establish and maintain documentation standards, templates, and style guides.

• Location: Belgium (near-site with occasional on-site presence in Brussels/Geel)
• Contract: Long-term consultancy assignment
• Languages Required: English and French (B2+ minimum)
• Summary: Join a corporate IT training and support team within a large international, multilingual environment. You will deliver training, produce high-quality user documentation, and provide user support for business-critical digital platforms.

Remit

• Design, prepare, and deliver instructor-led training courses, workshops, e-learning modules, and digital learning resources
• Develop, maintain, and update user documentation, manuals, FAQs, workbooks, quick reference guides, online help, and web-based knowledge articles.

Technical Skills

• Support Platforms: Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Advantageous: Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Captivate.
• Excellent written communication and technical documentation skills.
• Strong presentation and training delivery capabilities, with the ability to translate complex IT concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Proactive, customer-focused, highly organized, and results-oriented.
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Requirements

• B2+ level proficiency in both written and spoken English and French.
• Eligible to obtain, or currently holding, EU security clearance.
• Open to occasional on-site attendance and direct stakeholder engagement.
