The role focuses on learning rapidly, assisting with site surveys, and supporting senior technicians while developing documentation and reports.

Qualifications

• Initial experience with electronic products through academic projects, internships, apprenticeships, or professional experience.
• Fluent Flemish/Dutch and French; English skills are an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Learn, under guidance, to understand project requirements and system functionality.
• Assist with remote site surveys to gather site information and identify challenges.
• Support senior technicians in diagnosing technical issues and solutions.
• Participate in training programs to develop technical and customer support skills.
• Prepare service reports and documentation accurately and timely.
• Develop an understanding of customer requirements and prepare recommendations.
• Support customers with installation methods and procedures.
• Monitor project progress and report updates to senior team members.
• Collect key metrics and data to support reporting and analysis.
• Assist in delivering training programs for internal teams and customers.

Connaissances

Fluent Flemish/Dutch and French

Excellent verbal and written comms

Experience with electronic products
