Job summary

SmartSD is a Belgian-based security systems distributor seeking a technically experienced advisor for fire and intrusion systems. This full-time role involves guiding customers through complex issues, providing on-site support, and assisting Sales Managers with technical questions.

You will deliver presentations to installation engineers and share market insights, with fluency in Dutch and French required to serve a diverse customer base.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a technical environment, focused on security systems.
• Technical knowledge of security systems and network environments.
• Excellent Dutch and French verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Advise, support, and guide customers through technical issues, including over the phone.
• Provide on-site project support and guidance.
• Support Sales Managers with customers’ technical questions.
• Deliver presentations and training sessions to groups of installation engineers.
• Share information on new developments and market trends.
