Pauwels Consulting is seeking a Talent Operations Liaison to join its HR team in Belgium. The role focuses on implementing organizational changes, maintaining accurate HR data, and partnering with internal stakeholders across the employee lifecycle.

You will drive process optimization, ensure compliance with local labor regulations, and contribute to global HR transformation projects. English fluency is required, with 5+ years of HR experience and proficiency in SuccessFactors and Neocase.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in HR or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• Experience with HR software: SuccessFactors and Neocase.

Responsabilités

• Execute organizational changes and maintain structural data accuracy in SuccessFactors.
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle including growth, promotions, offboarding and equity analysis.
• Oversee sickness and reintegration programs in compliance with local labor laws and policies.
• Collaborate with compensation and reward teams for market surveys data.
• Develop and implement HR policies with guidance on labor laws.
• Lead employee relations, including conflict resolution with unions or legal advisors.
• Support global HR transformation initiatives through process improvement.

Our client is a global leader in the healthcare sector seeking a dedicated professional to join their human resources team. The Talent Operations Liaison manages the implementation of organizational changes and HR policies while acting as a primary partner for internal stakeholders throughout the employee lifecycle. The role focuses on ensuring data accuracy, driving process optimization, and maintaining excellence in HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Execute organizational changes and maintain structural data accuracy within SuccessFactors.
• Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment equity analysis, promotions, and offboarding.
• Oversee sickness and reintegration programs while ensuring compliance with local labor regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with compensation and reward teams to provide accurate data for market surveys and internal benchmarking.
• Develop and implement HR policies, providing expert guidance on labor laws and internal procedures to various stakeholders.
• Lead employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and negotiations with union representatives or external legal advisors.
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives and participate in global HR transformation projects.

Requirements

• You have a Bachelor or Master degree.
• You bring 5+ years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
• You possess experience working with HR software, specifically SuccessFactors and Neocase.
• You have a comprehensive understanding of HR operations including compensation, talent acquisition, and local labor regulations.
• You're proactive and solution-oriented with strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• You are fluent in English.

Nice to Haves

• Experience in a global, matrixed organization, preferably within the biopharmaceutical or medical device industries.
• Proficiency in project management or process improvement methodologies.
