Planet Pharma in Belgium seeks a proactive Talent Operations Liaison to act as a trusted HR operations partner, supporting managers, employees, and HR stakeholders across the employee lifecycle.

You will drive organisational design, onboarding, transfers, promotions, leave, and offboarding, while advising on policies, employment law, and compensation-related activities. Collaborate with Payroll, Legal, and Benefits for seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, HR Business Support, or Employee Relations.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.
• Experience advising managers on people-related matters and handling employee relations cases.
• Exposure to compensation processes, organisational management, or workforce planning.
• Excellent stakeholder management and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in HR systems, preferably SuccessFactors or similar.

Responsabilités

• Act as a trusted HR operations partner to managers, employees, and HR stakeholders.
• Support organisational design changes, restructures, and position management activities.
• Manage onboarding, transfers, promotions, leave management, and offboarding.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on hiring approvals and compensation-related activities.
• Support employee relations, absence management, and workplace investigations when required.
• Ensure HR data accuracy and maintain information within HR systems.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Legal, and other functions to deliver HR services.
• Analyze HR data and trends to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to HR projects, process optimisation, and operational excellence.
