• You lead the recruitment efforts, identifying and attracting top talent to fulfill the organization's needs;
• You facilitate leadership development and provide coaching to enhance the capabilities of current and emerging leaders within the company;
• You organize and implement training programs that equip employees with the skills necessary for their roles and career advancement;
• You manage talent effectively, ensuring that individuals are placed in positions that align with their strengths and the organization's objectives;
• You foster employee engagement and cultivate a positive workplace culture that promotes collaboration and satisfaction;
• You handle employee relations matters, addressing concerns and conflicts promptly and fairly to maintain a harmonious work environment.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is essential;
• A robust background with 8 to 10+ years of evolving experience in human resources, particularly with an emphasis on talent management and development in an international setting;
• At least 5 years of experience overseeing health and welfare as well as pension programs;
• Proven proficiency in areas such as recruitment, leadership development, training initiatives, and employee engagement strategies;
• A proactive, positive mindset, with a mature and optimistic outlook;
• High standards of professionalism, maintaining confidentiality, and displaying diplomacy when engaging with individuals at all organizational levels;
• Exceptional attention to detail, meticulous follow-through, and the foresight to anticipate needs in advance;
• Strong conflict resolution capabilities and sound judgment developed through experience;
• Outstanding customer service skills, with a passion for facilitating the development and success of others;
• Ability to act swiftly and efficiently in a dynamic and ever-evolving work environment;
• A strong work ethic, demonstrating self-motivation and the ability to work independently;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables, as well as other Microsoft Office applications.
