• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR/Business or related field.

• Excellent command of English; French/Dutch as a plus; experience in matrixed international settings.

About the Role

Are you an experienced HR Professional with a strong expertise in Belgian employment law, compensation benchmarking, and HR operations?

Our client, a top-tier international biopharmaceutical company, is looking for a Talent Operations Liaison/ Senior HR Officer to serve as the operational backbone and strategic enabler for their HR function.

In this role, you will work hand-in-hand with Talent Partners (=HRBPs) to translate business decisions into seamless operational execution across the full employee lifecycle.

What You Will Do

• Employee Relations & Offboarding: Lead exit processes, handle sensitive employee relations matters, manage legal documentation, and engage with external legal advisors and union representatives.
• Compensation & Recruitment Support: Conduct internal equity analyses and external market benchmarking (WTW, Korn Ferry) to shape competitive hiring offers and promotion packages.
• Organization Structure & Data Integrity: Manage business structure updates and reorganizations within SuccessFactors, ensuring accurate HR data across teams.
• Belgian Specifics & Well-being: Oversee long-term absence and Return-to-Work reintegration programs, manage CCT90 initiatives, and ensure strict compliance with local labor legislation.
• HR Policy & Continuous Improvement: Implement global HR policies locally, support internal HR portals, and drive process optimization.

Who We Are Looking For

• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Human Resources.
• Belgian Labor Law Expertise: Solid experience handling Belgian employment law, offboardings, union interactions, and return-to-work policies.
• Analytical & C&B Mindset: Comfortable analyzing compensation data, job levels, and market trends.
• Systems Savvy: Experience with modern HRIS tools (preferably SuccessFactors).
• Communication: Excellent command of English (working language) and French/Dutch. Experience in a matrixed international environment is a strong plus.
