Inoxperience SRL is seeking a Talent Operations Liaison for a client in the biopharmaceutical sector. You will work with Talent Partners to implement HR decisions across the employee lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and timely reflection in the right systems.

You will maintain structures in SuccessFactors, coordinate with managers on roles, analyse compensation data, advise on promotions, support Belgian sickness management and facilitate off-boarding and HR policy local adaptation.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years HR experience in Belgian context.
• Strong knowledge of full employee lifecycle.
• Experience with HR systems and payroll.

Responsabilités

• Maintain organisational structures, positions and employee data in SuccessFactors, including changes linked to reorganisations.
• Coordinate with managers and HR teams when new roles are created or existing positions need to be filled.
• Analyse compensation data to support fair and competitive job offers. Prepare offers for approval and take part in discussions with the business.
• Advise on promotions, job levels, market adjustments and salary increases outside the usual review cycles.
• Support Belgian sickness management and reintegration, including coordination with managers, employees, medical services and other stakeholders.
• Guide off-boarding and employee relations cases, including exit package preparation, sensitive discussions and contact with legal advisers or union representatives where needed.
• Help implement HR policies and global talent processes locally, while keeping data and procedures consistent.
• Contribute to HR reporting, process improvement and projects across the Talent & Reward Operations team.

Your profile

• 5–10 years of HR experience, with a strong understanding of Belgian employment practices and the full employee lifecycle.
• Good knowledge of HR operations, compensation, recruitment processes, payroll and HR systems.
• Experience with SuccessFactors and ideally Neocase.
• Comfortable analysing complex situations, negotiating and working with stakeholders at different levels.
• Organised, discreet and confident managing several priorities at once.
