MSI Pharma is seeking an experienced Talent Operations Liaison to support HR operations and talent processes across local and global teams. You will partner with Talent Partners to implement organisational changes and employee lifecycle activities while ensuring high-quality data and policy compliance.

You will collaborate with HR, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Payroll and leadership to drive operational excellence and support global talent programmes and annual review cycles.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in Human Resources or HR Operations.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.
• Experience supporting organisational design, compensation or employee relations activities.
• Knowledge of local employment legislation and HR compliance requirements.
• Experience working in a global, matrixed environment preferred.
• Biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical or medical device industry experience advantageous.
• Experience with SuccessFactors and HR systems preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage organisational structure updates and position management within SuccessFactors/TalentShare.
• Partner with Talent Partners during reorganisations and employee lifecycle activities.
• Support compensation processes, market benchmarking and offer approvals.
• Lead employee relations, policy implementation and compliance activities.
• Coordinate offboarding processes, including legal documentation and stakeholder management.
• Drive process improvement initiatives and ensure data quality across HR systems.
• Support global talent programmes, annual review cycles and transformation projects.
• Provide reporting, insights and recommendations to HR and business stakeholders.
