VeroTech is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Student to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, from sourcing candidates to supporting interviews, within a high-tech engineering environment.

You will work with specialists, assist with job postings, screenings, events, and onboarding in a hybrid setup that fits your class schedule. The role offers a fair student wage and real learning opportunities to grow your recruiting craft.

Qualifications

• Educational background as listed: final year of bachelor’s or master’s in HR, psychology, communication or related field.
• No work experience required, genuine interest in people and talent.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

About The Role

In your role as Talent Acquisition Student, you’ll support and work alongside our Specialists and play a central role in recruiting and matching top engineering talent with client projects. You get the opportunity to work within a dynamic, fast-paced team in an open, collaborative environment, partnering with candidates, colleagues, and clients to meet recruitment needs and talent expectations. Key responsibilities

• Actively source candidates: Use diverse channels, including databases, job fairs, and networking, to find the right profiles.
• Support screening process: Review CV’s, help the Specialists by preparing the interviews and technical tests and screenings.
• Assist with job postings: help writing and redefining vacnacy texts that actually get noticed
• Collaborate with teams: Work closely with your VeroTech colleagues to align recruitment efforts with client needs.
• Get involved in events: Support job fairs, campus events, and employer branding activities
• Onboarding: Making new talents feel welcome and guarantee that they get the full VeroTech experience from the start
• Contribute your ideas: Bring a fresh, student perspective to how we reach and engage young talent

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a motivated professional with a passion for recruitment and technology. Here’s what we need:

• Educational background: Final year of Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Communication, or a related field
• Curious about recruitment: No experience needed, just genuine interest in people and talent
• People-oriented: A strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with candidates and colleagues
• Proactive and driven: You take initiative and are result‑oriented
• Organized and adaptable: You can juggle a few tasks at once and keep track of details
• Language skills: Fluent in Dutch, good knowledge of English. French is a plus
• Interest in technology: You’re eager to connect with professionals in R&D and engineering
