Job summary

ALTEN Belgium is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to support the recruitment team in selecting and following up on future consultants and engineers. The internship starts in February 2027 for 3 to 6 months and is supervised by the Recruitment Manager.

You will review CVs, assess profiles, maintain the candidate database, prepare employment contract requests, and participate in team meetings. This is a dynamic, people-focused environment within ALTEN's European network.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Fluent in French with good command of English.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Enjoying working in a dynamic, fast-paced and people-focused environment.

To strengthen its recruitment team, ALTEN Belgium is currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern, starting in February 2027 for a duration of 3 to 6 months.

Your role

Under the supervision of the Recruitment Manager, you will support the recruitment team in the selection and follow-up of our future consultants and engineers.

Recruitment

• Review and screen CVs received through different recruitment platforms and channels.
• Assess candidates' profiles according to the job requirements and provide feedback on applications.
• Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracking tools.
• Prepare employment contract requests for new hires
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to recruitment activities when needed.

Your profile

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Work Psychology, or a related field.
• Fluent in French, and a good command of English.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Enjoying working in a dynamic, fast-paced and people‑focused environment.
