Capgemini Engineering, a world leader in engineering services, invites a Talent Acquisition Intern to support recruitment processes across industries. You will screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with candidates.

You will collaborate with diverse teams, build relationships with stakeholders, and develop innovative recruitment strategies. This internship offers hybrid work with up to 70% remote and exposure to ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter in a multinational environment starting

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French a plus.
• Familiar with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Available to start early 2027.

YOUR ROLE

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our recruitment processes and helping us attract top talent. Together with your team, you will work on exciting projects in various industries.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with diverse teams to develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies.
• Actively contributing to the success of projects by assisting in the recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
• Building strong, sustainable relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyzing complex challenges and finding efficient, innovative solutions.
• Supporting additional responsibilities as needed.

YOUR PROFILE

At Capgemini Engineering, we’re looking for someone who:

• Has a passion for talent acquisition and human resources.
• Is currently pursuing or has recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch and/or French is a plus.
• Is familiar with recruitment tools and technologies, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Can start in the beginning of 2027.
