Brusselshotelsassociation is hiring for a housekeeping role at Crowne Plaza Brussels Airport. The position involves ensuring guest room quality and managing laundry, supplies, and staff uniforms, alongside inspecting cleanliness and operating communication with supervisors.

The ideal candidate is motivated, reliable, and able to work well both individually and as part of a team. It requires a strong commitment to service quality, ideally with some previous experience in hospitality. The working hours are approximately 8 hours per day, scheduled between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Checking and preparing guest laundry, entering data into Excel and communicating with Reception.
• Preparing Holicare room lists and showroom lists.
• Inspecting the quality of cleaning in VIP rooms and making any necessary corrections.
• Communicating with Housekeeping Supervisors regarding cleaning quality and operational priorities.
• Performing Quore audits.
• Following up on discrepancy reports.
• Monitoring public areas, supporting the operational team and maintaining effective communication with colleagues.
• Receiving deliveries, storing goods and assisting with stock management.
• Managing staff uniforms, including scanning, storing, washing when required and distributing uniforms.
• Checking, restocking and following up on minibar supplies in collaboration with Reception.
• Carrying out inventories and checking equipment in guest rooms and public areas.
• Performing various cleaning tasks (kettles, etc.).
• Following up on requests from guests and colleagues.
• Handling any other special requests related to the responsibilities of the Housekeeping department.
• Lost and Found management.

Qualifications

• Vous êtes motivé(e), rigoureux(se) et consciencieux(se).
• Vous êtes capable de travailler aussi bien en équipe que de manière autonome.
• Vous savez gérer les priorités et travailler efficacement sous pression.
• Vous faites preuve d'initiative, de polyvalence et d'un grand sens des responsabilités.
• Vous êtes organisé(e) et orienté(e) vers la qualité du service.
• Une première expérience dans l'hôtellerie ou en Housekeeping constitue un atout.
• Motivated, reliable and detail-oriented.

Schedule and Compensation

Works approximately 8 hours per day, with shifts scheduled between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., depending on operational needs. Salary is determined according to the applicable Joint Committee 302 (Hospitality) salary scales and amounts to €15.2097 gross per hour.
