Crowne Plaza Brussels Airport is seeking a diligent Housekeeping attendant to support daily operations and guest satisfaction. You will contribute to laundry tasks, room readiness, and stock control while maintaining high cleanliness standards across VIP and standard rooms.

The role requires reliability, teamwork, and the ability to work under pressure, with experience in hospitality considered an asset. Shifts cover typical hotel hours and the position offers an hourly wage under Joint

Responsabilités

• Check and prepare guest laundry, entering data into Excel and communicating with Reception.
• Prepare Holicare room lists and showroom lists.
• Inspect the quality of cleaning in VIP rooms and correct as needed.
• Communicate with Housekeeping Supervisors regarding cleaning quality and priorities.
• Perform Quore audits.
• Follow up on discrepancy reports.
• Monitor public areas, support the operational team and maintain communication with colleagues.
• Receive deliveries, store goods and assist with stock management.
• Manage staff uniforms, including scanning, storing, washing when required and distributing uniforms.
• Check, restock and follow up on minibar supplies in collaboration with Reception.
• Carry out inventories and check equipment in guest rooms and public areas.
• Perform various cleaning tasks (kettles, etc.).
• Follow up on requests from guests and colleagues.
• Handle other special requests related to Housekeeping responsibilities.
• Lost and Found management.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• – Receiving deliveries, storing goods and assisting with stock management.

Some tasks are performed daily, others weekly, while some are occasional, particularly during the absence of the person responsible for the laundry.

• - Une première expérience dans l'hôtellerie ou en Housekeeping constitue un atout.

Le salaire est déterminé conformément aux barèmes de la Commission Paritaire 302 (Horeca) et s'élève à 15,2097€ brut de l'heure.

Working hours: Approximately 8 hours per day, with shifts scheduled between 8:00 a.m. and 7:0 p.m., depending on operational needs.

Salary: Remuneration is determined according to the applicable Joint Committee 302 (Hospitality) salary scales and amounts to € 15.2097gross per hour.
