Brusselshotelsassociation is hiring for a housekeeping role at Crowne Plaza Brussels Airport. The position involves ensuring guest room quality and managing laundry, supplies, and staff uniforms, alongside inspecting cleanliness and operating communication with supervisors.

The ideal candidate is motivated, reliable, and able to work well both individually and as part of a team. It requires a strong commitment to service quality, ideally with some previous experience in hospitality. The working hours are approximately 8 hours per day, scheduled between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• First experience in hospitality or housekeeping is an asset.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable managing priorities and working under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Check and prepare guest laundry and enter data into Excel.
• Inspect cleaning quality in VIP rooms.
• Communicate with Housekeeping Supervisors about cleaning quality.
• Follow up on discrepancy reports and monitor public areas.
• Manage staff uniforms and check minibar supplies.
