Job summary

Abbott Medical is seeking a Territory Manager CRM to cover Brussels and north Belgium. You will service the current customer base, drive sales growth, and establish new accounts while handling customer complaints and recommending consignment when needed.

You will navigate a moderately complex territory and collaborate within a matrixed organization, leveraging your Dutch and English skills and strong negotiation abilities to meet quotas and deliver results.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of sales experience in medical device industry preferred but not mandatory
• Bachelor’s Degree or experience equivalent
• Well-organized and able to work under tight deadlines
• Excellent PC skills including MS Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Experience in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation skills
• Customer- and results-oriented, self-starter
• Negotiation skills
• Languages: Dutch, English + other language is a plus

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales quota by servicing current customer base and increasing sales; establish new accounts.
• Territory complexity is moderate (accounts, products/services, sales process).
• Have authority to make sales commitments and contribute to standards, procedures and tenders.
• Implement comprehensive sales plans to increase market penetration and new accounts.
• Develop knowledge of ABT therapies and products.
• Assist technical procedures as per planning requirements; perform admin duties.
• Maintain pricing, quotes, credit terms, expense reporting and quality guidelines.
• Follow best practices before and after sales calls.
• Develop knowledge of competitor products.
• Plan weekly travel and coordinate with country/division channels.
• Apply account profiling with key information in accounts.
