Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Territory Manager for Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) to drive growth across Belgium and Luxembourg. You will develop territory plans, build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and hospital stakeholders, and provide procedural support where needed.

You will manage accounts, identify new opportunities, and stay abreast of market trends and competitors while ensuring compliant and ethical engagement within the BeLux region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3–5 years of successful sales experience within the medical device industry.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by growing the DBS business within Belux and across Belgium and Luxembourg.
• Develop and implement territory sales plans to increase market penetration.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals, hospital stakeholders and purchasing teams.
• Provide product and procedural support during DBS procedures when required.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support commercial actions.
