Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, account management, business development, or client partner roles.
• Proven success in selling complex consulting, technology, or transformation services.
• Strong understanding of public sector procurement environments and buying processes.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience engaging with C-level executives and senior public sector stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex pursuits from opportunity identification to contract closure across government institutions, agencies and public sector entities.
• Develop and execute ambitious account and market growth plans with a strong pipeline.
• Orchestrate multidisciplinary pursuit teams across delivery, consulting, and solution experts.
• Translate client challenges into compelling business solutions and lead bid strategies and negotiations.
• Represent Capgemini at public sector events and contribute to thought leadership in digital government.
