ictjob.be is seeking a Senior Support/ System Engineer in Waterloo to join a hands-on role blending System Engineering, Microsoft 365 administration and 1st-3rd line IT support across Europe.

You’ll manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, Windows and EndPoint devices; handle onboarding/offboarding; manage incidents, requests and changes in an ITIL framework; and work with Jira and Confluence to improve documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience providing 1st-3rd line IT support across Europe.
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration and Entra ID management.
• Experience with Azure, Windows and EndPoint devices in enterprise environments.
• Familiar with ITIL incident-, change- and problem-management.
• Hands-on with Jira/Confluence for ticketing and docs deployment.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd line IT support to users across Europe.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and infrastructure incidents.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure and EndPoint devices.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding and user access requests.
• Handle incidents, service requests and changes in an ITIL framework.
• Work with Jira and Confluence for ticketing and knowledge sharing.
• Support rollout and adoption of Jira/Confluence; collaborate with vendors.
• Contribute to IT projects and technical documentation.
