Editx in an international IT environment is seeking a Senior System Engineer to own and evolve our diverse infrastructure. You’ll work with engineers across Europe, tackling 1st–3rd line support, ITIL processes, and ongoing improvements. You’ll collaborate globally, drive incidents, changes and documentation, and provide technical backup to the team.

The role emphasizes administration of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, Windows, and endpoints, with a clear path to broader IT project involvement.

Qualifications

• Experience handling multiple support levels in a fast-paced IT environment.
• Familiarity with ITIL-based service management practices.
• Ability to collaborate with engineers across Europe and manage incidents and changes.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support for hardware, software and infrastructure issues.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, Windows and endpoints.
• Manage user lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding.
