Editx, Brussels-based IT services and B2B software solutions provider, seeks a motivated Support Engineer (3rd line) to tackle challenging technical issues and deliver high-quality service to clients.

You will oversee and maintain IT infrastructure and network systems, configure Microsoft 365, Intune, and Active Directory, and proactively identify issues to minimize downtime while delivering practical, client-focused support.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining IT infrastructure and networks for clients.
• Experience configuring Microsoft environments (Microsoft 365, Intune, AD).
• Ability to identify issues early and implement preventive measures.
