Editx is hiring a Senior System Engineer to build, improve and own IT systems in an international environment with European collaboration. Youll work across multiple technologies and grow within a broad infrastructure landscape.

• Experience providing 1st-3rd line IT support across users and infrastructure.
• Hands-on with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure and Windows environments.
• Proven ability to manage incidents, changes and requests in ITIL-based workflows.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1st, 2nd & 3rd line support across users, systems and endpoints.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure and Windows environments.
• Own system maintenance, incidents, requests and changes per ITIL.
• Manage user lifecycle and access (onboarding/offboarding).
• Drive documentation and knowledge sharing using Jira and Confluence.
• Contribute to technical projects and continuous improvement across Europe.

Senior System Engineer - Role & Responsibilities

• Provide1st, 2nd & 3rd line support, troubleshooting issues across users, systems, endpoints and infrastructure.
• Administer and maintainMicrosoft 365, Entra ID, Azure and Windowsenvironments.
• Take ownership ofsystem maintenance, incidents, requests and changeswithin an ITIL-based framework.
• Manageuser lifecycle & access, including onboarding, offboarding and permissions.
• Drivedocumentation & knowledge sharing, using tools such as Jira and Confluence to keep the IT environment structured and up to date.
• Contribute totechnical projects & continuous improvement, while collaborating with colleagues and external IT partners across Europe.
