Hive-X is seeking a Project Manager HR for Brussels to lead key HR projects, ensuring cost-efficient delivery and stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities include managing project scope, budget, and team coordination. The ideal candidate has over 8 years of experience in HR software project management, strong analytical skills, and must be fluent in English, Dutch, and French.

The mission lasts until the end of the year with a possible 6-month extension into 2026.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of project management experience in HR software.
• Experience in Human Resources or interest in HR processes.
• Strong analytical skills to assess dependencies and risks.
• Ability to structure complex projects with multiple partners.

Responsabilités

• Manage HR projects from start to finish.
• Develop change measures to achieve project results.
• Ensure clear agreements with partners and follow-up.
• Participate in workshops and capture requirements.
• Organize UAT tests and track progress.
• Resolve blocking issues to meet deadlines.
