Job summary

Pauwels Consulting is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead complex HRIS implementations in Brussels. You will drive SAP Time and Planning projects, including migration to S/4HANA, ensuring scope, budget, and quality standards are met.

You will manage end-to-end delivery across time management, planning, and recruitment, coordinate with stakeholders, and lead a multidisciplinary team in a hybrid model with up to five onsite days per week. Fluency in Dutch, French and English is required.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience as a Project Manager within large organizations managing SAP HCM and SAP Time projects.
• Proven track record leading at least 5 large-scale projects with SAP HCM, SAP Time, and SuccessFactors.
• Expertise in managing data migrations from SAP HCM and SAP Time to S/4HANA.
• Experience managing project workflows and workbenches using ServiceNow and Jira.
• Active SAP Certification for SAP HR and SAP Time.
• Experience in large-scale environments with mixed statutory and contractual workforce.
• Strong leadership skills to manage team workloads and stakeholder communication.
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (minimum B2 for all).

Responsibilities

This role focuses on managing the delivery of SAP Time and Planning projects, including the critical migration to S/4HANA, while ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and quality standards.

• Define project scope, planning, and staffing while monitoring performance and progress against PMO standards.
• Oversee budget management, risk mitigation, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure the quality of project deliverables.
• Lead and guide team members, managing their activities, workload, and priorities within the project context.

• You have experience working within large-scale environments with a mixed workforce of statutory and contractual employees.

• You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English (minimum B2 level for all).

Nice to Haves

• Technical understanding of SAP Fiori and SAP Build Work Zone solutions.
• Knowledge of SAP migration tools such as Spinifex, EPI-USE, or DCM.
• Functional analysis skills to translate HR business requirements into technical specifications.
• Deep understanding of HRIS architecture, including data flows, APIs, and middleware.
• Knowledge of SAP Payroll, ESS/MSS, and Personnel Administration (PA).
