Hive-X is looking for a senior functional analyst to join their team in Belgium, specifically in Brussels. You will play a critical role in business transformations, working closely with stakeholders to develop business solutions. The role offers a long-term contract with the possibility of remote work three days a week.

The ideal candidate must have strong analytical skills and be proficient in Agile methodologies. Knowledge of French or Dutch is required.

Qualifications

• Active knowledge of French or Dutch for technical documentation.
• Active knowledge of English for documentation.
• Very good functional and business analysis skills.
• Excellent communication skills with business and development teams.

Responsabilités

• Develop strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Identify and validate existing business processes and new user needs.
• Translate requirements into business solutions.
• Produce necessary documentation throughout project stages.
• Work closely with business analysts and developers to refine and validate solutions.
